As the brand rapidly expanded and franchised, some countries adopted the abbreviation "CTR" in 2016 due to pronunciation challenges with “Chitir.” With the increasing number of restaurants under the CTR Chicken brand in 2022, all locations were unified under the CTR Chicken name, and the brand motto evolved from "Fried Chicken & More" to "Chicken Taste Revolution."
